Welcome to Table Touch. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Table Touch system, including hardware, software, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Table Touch Limited (“Table Touch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Table Touch provides a system designed to help restaurants monitor and improve table service through real-time visibility and reporting.

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes

  • Ensure all users comply with these Terms

  • Not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the Service

2. Accounts and Access

To use the Service, you may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activity under your account

  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date

3. Hardware and Equipment

Table Touch may provide or require the use of hardware devices, including but not limited to:

  • Table devices

  • Employee devices

  • Relay devices

  • Charging equipment

Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement:

  • All hardware remains the property of Table Touch

  • You are responsible for proper use and care of the equipment

  • Lost, damaged, or unreturned equipment may be subject to replacement fees

4. Subscription and Payment

Use of the Service is subject to subscription fees.

By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as outlined in your agreement

  • Provide valid payment information

  • Authorize recurring billing where applicable

Failure to make payments may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of access to the Service

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable and consistent Service. However:

  • The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

6. Data and Privacy

Table Touch collects and processes data related to:

  • Table activity

  • Staff interactions

  • System performance

This data is used to:

  • Provide real-time insights

  • Generate reports

  • Improve the Service

We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and materials associated with Table Touch, including:

  • Software

  • System design

  • Branding

are the property of Table Touch Limited.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service

  • Use Table Touch branding without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Table Touch shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities

  • Decisions made based on data or insights from the Service

The Service is intended to support operations, not replace managerial judgment.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Payment obligations are not met

  • The Service is misused

Upon termination:

  • Access to the Service will be revoked

  • Hardware must be returned if applicable

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
