Table Touch uses state of the art microcontrollers placed under tables, and in server’s aprons, to communicate with our software seamlessly. Your servers never have to do anything extra. A simple click of a button on the hostess’s tablet (to activate the table) is all it takes.
From there, managers and staff are able to see in real time how long it’s been since the server (or any employee) has been to a table. Table Touch can also communicate with your POS to create incredible reports, so you can see how table visits impact revenue. Now you can compare your employee’s Table Touch performance to their real world sales, then motivate staff by showing how their tips go up with frequency of guest interaction. All this in a single solution.
How it works
Every table is affixed with a small sensor that is broadcasting while a guest is sitting at it. Employee's have a corresponding sensor in their apron.
When a sensor in an employee's apron gets close to the table sensor for a set amount of time, it registers as a touch and sends the info to our software
Table Touch then displays when a table was last visited, by whom. Red, Yellow, Green indicates what tables need attention. Reports (that work with POS) allow for better management while driving sales
